Circle of Hope 🩷

The Circle of Hope is a warm, guided community space for people who care deeply about the planet but feel unsure, overwhelmed, or alone in where to begin.
Be held, heard, witnessed 🤍
Enter the Circle

Enter the Circle of Trust..

A gentle, grounding space for conservation and climate professionals to exhale, be witnessed, and reconnect to their inner compass.

Whether you're on the frontlines or behind the scenes, exhausted, uncertain, carrying grief, purpose or everything and anything in between, this circle invites you to lay it down.

This is not a space to prove or perform. It's a space to simply be and held.

What we do inside the Circle..

Come together in an honest, non-performative space. We speak what is often left unsaid - about burnout, guilt, pressure, disillusionment, love.
Sit in guided reflection, community holding, and inner grounding. There’s no pressure to share, and presence alone is enough.
Receive real tools, support and anchoring practices that you can return to again and again.
Make room for your own softness, not as weakness but as your truest strength.
This is your safe exhale.Walk inside 🤍

What this space holds

This is a pause..a place to breathe and let go of everything you have had to hold. A space to be met, embraced, and loved through it all as you love the planet.

Steady, present, kind.

A place to put down the weight

This isn’t a space for more doing. It’s a space for simply being. To arrive as you are. Exhausted, uncertain, passionate, numb, burnt out, or quietly hopeful.

Shared stillness, shared strength

This is where we unmask. Where even silence is held. You don’t need to be inspiring or impactful here, you just get to be real. And in that, you find others who are too.

Compassion without conditions

This is an invitation to slow down, feel, grieve, and be gently brought back to yourself. We do not fix you here. We listen, reflect, and remind each other of what still lives inside us, even in the hardest seasons.

You don’t have to carry it all, and especially not alone anymore..

We hold it together

What you receive

Relief from the weight you have always carried

You’ve carried so much on your shoulders, and in your heart, for species, ecosystems, institutions, people. Here, you are held too. No pressure to speak. No need to perform.

Tools to come back to yourself

From breathwork to boundaries, reflection to rest, you’ll leave each session with something that gently anchors YOU back into your own centre. Not generic, personal tools.

Support that meets you where you are

If the group space feels overwhelming, there’s always the option of 1:1 support. Quiet, confidential, attuned to you. No matter how you arrive, you will be met with care.

A return to connection and trust

In yourself. In your voice. In the path that called you here. Even if it’s changed. Especially if it’s changed.

There’s room for the entirety of you here.. even the parts the world says don't belong.

This space doesn't ask for your strength,
only your presence.

Hi, I’m Praneetha 🤍

I’ve spent nearly 20 years working across conservation systems - from wildlife rescue and policy to grassroots action, climate programs, and cross-sector advocacy.

I’ve been the youngest in the room, the only woman in the room, the voice no one listened to, and the one who couldn’t stop caring. I know what it means to burn bright and burn out. To question whether this work will ever be enough. To feel too much, or not feel at all.

The Circle of Trust exists because I’ve needed this space more times than I can count. A place to lay down the burden. A place to remember that I’m not alone. That I don’t have to keep being strong in silence.

This is my offering to others walking similar paths, so that we don’t lose ourselves trying to save everything else. This is softness and strength without armour. And a space that sees the whole of you and holds it.
